Returns Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except for our shipping cost. Shipping costs is the amount we are charged by freight company, Fed Ex, UPS, USPS. If item is defective we will also pay for the shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply email or call us about the return.
Shipping
Shipping will be Federal Express (FedEx) Ground or United States Postal (USPS), from our warehouse. Merchandise should arrive 5-7 days after you place your order online. FedEx ground makes deliveries on Saturdays.
For faster shipping, we use Federal Express (FedEx) Air.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders, extra shipping costs will apply. We will email you shipping costs before charging your Credit Card. You can then approve or cancel your order.
